Jesmane Boggenpoel is a Managing Partner of the women owned and managed private equity firm AIH Capital. She is the former Head of Business Engagement for Africa at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland. She serves on the boards of various South African and international organizations. Jesmane created the online Udemy course: Dealing with the Heart of Race and Gender Inequality in the Workplace. She is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University’s JFK School of Government. Jesmane was honoured as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum in 2013 and is a Harvard Mason fellow.
